Dunbar Brown Group is a specialist recruitment firm focused entirely on the data and AI consultancy market. We're a small, focused team — and we intend to stay that way. We don't do volume. We do considered, high-quality introductions in a market we genuinely understand.

You'll work exclusively in the consultancy space — no generalist desk, no switching between sectors, no being pulled onto roles outside your expertise. The market is specialist enough that deep knowledge compounds quickly, and clients notice the difference.

We operate across the UK and into the US, which means genuine market breadth without the noise of a large agency environment.

What we look for

We're not looking for volume billers. We want recruiters who are curious about the technology, care about the quality of their introductions, and want to build long-term relationships in a specialist market.

Experience in tech or professional services recruitment is preferred. An interest in data platforms, analytics, or AI is more important than a specific background — we can teach the market, but we can't teach the mindset.
